Glass Adapters

Does anyone know of an online retailer other than ALT that sells glass adapters like an 18->14mm reducer and 45 degree angle adaptors?

I just got an adapter here last week heady glass 18/14 adapter. It was even less than the price listed, and it shipped the same day I ordered.

MFLB is selling one for use with their waterpipe adapter, and I think it's only like 9 bucks, although I have no idea what shipping is. I have one, it's super nice, nicer than the one I got off of Etsy.
