That's not real wood and it's a multi-branded vape that's sold under several different names (Healthy Rips, PotV, etc...). It's actually a pretty decent design.

I just got one...looks pretty nice. I couldn't get a Tinymight anywhere. I gave up and got this.

Sorry about your luck and that doesn't look like a bad vape at all, but the Tinymight is in a whole different class.
If/when you can get one, I still highly recommend it.
