Generalized anxiety disorder and marijuana?

Looking into paranoia and cannabis I actually was led into medical realms of info non expectantly... I was asking- are people experiencing paranoia from illegal status and jail time etc... or was cannabis actually causing it in some way?... Well, thc varietals of natural cannabis result a lot of times in paranoia or uncertainty with an overwhelming presence..
thc is an agonist compound that can over stimulate so other compounds are needed in small amounts to slow thc activity down
cbd or other thc entourage compounds (terpenes) help alleviate thc induced anxiety by modulating over stimulation ..

marinol ( synthetic thc doctor prescribed) has cause extreme anxiety in patients (to the point of death) as thc runs unchecked after administration of that synthetic formulation... Docotrs at least need access to cbd too if they are going to prescribe that stuff

Can you explain what you mean by to the point of death c no ego ? That is damn scary. I have been assured by a couple different docs that i could not die from a panic or anxity attack even though i had my self covinced i might a time or two lol . do you mean they kiled them self to ecsape the way they were feeling like some kind of serious pshycotic break or something ? Or did they die as a bad reaction from the snynthatic cananbinoid please re asure me that we cant actully die from anxity alone lol unless of coarse you had a heart condition or something to start with ?

There are no recorded deaths from marijuana.

The generally accepted theory on anxiety/panic attacks is that you cannot die from them.

In tracking Marinol (synthetic THC) usage, according to the guidelines of reporting, there have been some reported deaths with it as a secondary suspect contributing to death which indicates there was some co-morbidity with the usage. Often another drug.

Overdosing will lend itself to anxiety and depression.

Though I feel that one's lifestyle contributes to this greatly. Examples:
* If I had no responsibilities and no worries, I would bet I could dose as I please without the negative effects.
* However, having a non-MMJ-friendly job to which one could be called at any time and needed to be "clear thinking", if you were to overdose then that would cause worry that you'd get called and caught. Or if you were trying to hide being 'elevated' from family, friends, neighbors, that too if you overdose would contribute to the anxiety.

@chris 71 As @OldNewbie mentioned... it was drug related death not death from the drug... the out of balance synthetic thc made people super freaked out and they could not handle it.. it is why I express of most importance the cannabimimetics and entourage effect= using vast differences of actives to present multiple signalling agents to a complexity of receptor channels..

this is odd, but doctors do that too by prescribing multiple drugs with multiple targets as opposed to just one drug... or, they add a drug when one stops working etc.... this basically is how you want to think about it, just with cannabis though and all of cannabis compound carrying capacity that gets presented to you via efficient delivery systems... one of the main reasons it is good to switch strains around and not use the same strain all the time...
