They already did a story about this on the local news, and the local TSA said they were going to "re-educate" their screeners. They obviously missed some. :uhh: I really don't understand how people can be this stupid.

It's part of the United States, sorry. It's certainly not the country of Columbia in South America.

Why the fuck do all these fucking company outsource their fucking customer service .
I have been on the phone for two fucking hours and keep getting transferred to the wrong place because know one fucking speaks english . And when I do get to the correct place they cant understand my problem .

This is not customer service this is Customer ABUSE !

I just had to call Microsoft, and told them to transfer me directly to the local store, not India. I was in no mood to go through what you just did.

That's fucked up. Is it still under the first year warranty? If so, you would think that would cover the answer to a simple question.

I just bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and purchased the 2 year warranty, but the whole package was cheaper for me (SP3, key cover, warranty) because I got a teacher discount. I love being able to call or walk into the local store for any help I need, hardware or software related. The warranty also covers drops and spills too. Cheaper and better than Square Trade!

Yes, fuck Apple. It's funny how the Microsoft store is almost always more packed than the Apple store at the mall. At least it's been that way the past two weekends, and the IPhone 6 just came out too!

Ah............the fucking Apple versus Microsoft wars. Seems to have been going on forever. I remember when Apple fans got all over Microsoft's case because they claimed that they ripped off Apples OS with the release of Windows. The thing that's kinda funny about that is that Apple ripped off Parc Xerox with the whole desktop/mouse OS from the get go.

Yeah apple won't talk to you unless you pay extra after the first 90 days,
then applecare really isn't a bad deal if you buy it off ebay at 40-50% off last I checked.
Apple also has an educational discount. Fuck paying retail!
