Imagine that, it legal to use it but you might as well surrender your driver's license. If you are a regular cannabis consumer then you're going to test positive whether you driving high or not. So get this, My S.O. (significant other) recently showed me an article in one of the papers, where (according to the article) its estimated that the UK, yes the United Kingdom (BLIGHTY, to us) the fucking UK is apparently the 2nd largest exporter of 'legal cannabis' in the world! WTF
!! I nearly scalded myself over my coffee.
How the fuck can that be? (a rhetorical question being asked by the way).
I mean in over here in Blighty, (aka the UK) Cannabis is illegal! Sure its everywhere, but according to THE POWERS THAT OUGHT NOT TO BE (TPTONTB), cannabis has no medical value (well at least for the domestic slave aka British Subject) and if you take note of all the anti drug blurb, its punishable with hefty fines and lengthy jail time, but yet still, here we are, the UK - 2nd largest legal cannabis exporter in the world!!

Maybe the reference to "legal cannabis" isn't the flower variety and is through a UK company called GW Pharma which produces "Sativex® (Nabiximols), an oral mucosal spray with two principal cannabinoid components, cannabidiol (CBD) and Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Sativex has been studied in over 20 randomised placebo-controlled trials including over 3,000 patients and has been the subject of numerous regulatory submissions and approvals. (A list of the countries in which Sativex is available)."

Hemp is allowed to have .3% THC to remain outside the "controlled substance" category, I believe. I don't think Sativex is legal here in the US.

OK, I get you being the D.A. (devils advocate) and all, but just applying my critical faculty for a nano second,
Even if I was to entertain the notion that (as you suggest), the 'legal cannabis' might not be the flower variety, (even though it is) that only serves to make it even worse! Cos in order to get the other (non flower) cannabis varieties as you put it, you 'usually' have to use a shit load of flower! So if they're exporting 73 tons, of legal cannabis, then they probably growing 200+ tons, if we're to accept your point....
I might be wrong here, but to make non flower varieties, such as Oil, Resin, Hash, Shatter, Wax, etc, doesn't it entail starting out with copious of flowers (Buds) that then become concentrated smaller non flower varieties? In any event, doesn't any such product, usually start with the 'THC laden-ed' flower/bud?
Anyway, just for the avoidance of doubt, Fuck GW PHARMA .....

The Corporation can freely grow cannabis, in the UK, and then export the (said freely grown = legal) cannabis and then consequently profit from the whole process (arguably, as they put it) in the name of medical science, - blah blah! Yeah Right
Yet in stark contrast within the UK, the real person cannot do that, the real person cannot grow a natural (creator given) resource for their own well being! How does that work?
