FC saves drafts so you shouldn't have lost everything. Also, full loss like that can sometimes be undone by just using undo (CTRL-Z). If you didn't try that, well... fuck something. Possibly you.

First try CTRL-Z. If that doesn't work, reload the page. If there's a draft saved—and there should be if it's a long post—the draft should show up in the reply box. If that doesn't work, well, fuck it, you've been fucked.
