I've been holding off but its time to give a good old fuck you to Storz and Bickel. Fuck you for releasing such an expensive vape as the Crafty and supplying the cheapest, nastiest and most useless shipping on the planet. (this is to the German office).
Seriously. You motherfuckers have one shipping option at $100 and another for $0. Sounds great but you should mention the $0 option will be literally on a slow boat to China. And fuck your customer service idiots for lying directly to my face. Finally, fuck you for ruining my Saturday. Customer service officer Nicole told me the package was in my country as the tracking provided never updates. I waited all day for a package that would never arrive. On the Monday the tracking finally updated to show my Crafty has been floating around some backwoods German town for 10 days. Also if you sign up for email updates you will not receive any emails.
