hmmmm....let me know what you think of that Mendo Mulcher! Just yesterday I ordered myself a large space case 4pc, titanium....but I was looking hard at the Mendo. It was not an easy decision. From what I've read it gives a finer grind than the space case? Was kinda worried about space case screen issues, too...and I really like the beveled catch chamber in the Mendo, but in the end, I wanted larger capacity. I'll be interested to hear your opinion on it...
Good to be back after being away for a quite a few days. The city's bi-annual garbage pickup somehow yanked my cable connection right out of the main conduit. Took them a couple days to figure out I wasn't experiencing a normal outage. In the meantime, I had no TV or Internet. Suffered major withdrawal and realized I'm addicted to being "connected." It was good to be forced off the grid for a few days involuntarily. Gonna try and be better balanced in the new year. Which means that in the next week I've got to download as much porn as possible!

We make mayo because processed mayo taste horrible to us.
I used some cheap eggs once that I couldn't make mayo after several attempts.
The more expensive Organically feed free range eggs makes the best mayo.
Cheap eggs are not good for food preparation.
Not saying the quality of your eggs were the issue however it was in my case.

I've been hiding out, absolutely no Xmas spirit this year. Wanted to be in Ca. with my great nieces and nephew. I hope everyone had a good Xmas and i hope everyones feeling a bit better 
I tend not to talks about my ailments in this thread because they seem trivial compared to some of the other diseases that people have, but i've got a new one that's really pissing me off -Guttate Psoriasis . Started as two spots that i thought were bug bites acquired on July 4 . I was misdiagnosed and treated for a few months without those getting better , vague biopsy report and now i have spots almost everywhere but my face. I go to the dermo every two weeks and get injections in the spots and apply creams 2x day -last week it was over 35 injections -next week it will be more. Just glad it's winter and i can wear longs sleeves and jeans.
Guess i should be thankful needles don't bother me-trying to find the silver lining

Sorry to hear you have such a frustrating ailment! I find myself wanting to FIX IT for you!
