Sorry for being absent today. I will try to answer all the questions.
Invoices are being sent, we are in no particular hurry to take anyone's money before the units are ready to ship but we are going through the invoices slowly, there is a lot to cover, but getting there. Seems like the everything will be resolved and shipped out by the end of the week. I can only thank you for your patience for waiting and also for the clumsy payment and processing ways. Maja is contacting everyone anyway so any issue will be resolved personally. All UK orders have been invoiced, some shipped today, some will be tomorrow, EU orders can expect their invoices starting tomorrow probably the US also, if not, right after that.
There were some orders which were made through the website instead through the form, but we refunded the 10% difference to all so that's sorted. We made a few mistakes with charging people more also, but that was also resolved.
I did notice that most if not all here paid F&F through PayPal so a special thanks for that and for trusting us!
@Lozo here mentioned "vape" in the notes section on PayPal and we all know how PayPal feels about vapes... But this will also be resolved, I mean, I know where you live!

About the cooling, the length is one variable, the pathways have a sufficient length, but there's also the cross section in various positions as well as spots where the pathways change directions as well as the fact that the vapor is the hottest when it exits the oven and then cools down as it advances through the CU, all of which affect the overall cooling. As I mentioned elsewhere, this CU was designed so that most of the heat is dissipated at the front of the CU, above the oven (which is coincidentally out of the reach of hands), but not in terms of percentage but rather the total energy dissipated, in other terms, the temperature of the vapor was taken into the calculation as from above. There's also another factor which I didn't mention and that's the heat dissipation from one chamber to another, so the final cooling stages are more "tucked in" between its hotter counterparts so there's more gradual cooling towards the end.
The result is (For me) a more tasty and cooler vapor.
Another thing is, virtually any CU will show good performance, a piece of metal for instance, for one or two draws, but if it doesn't display good dissipation properties, the CU material will quickly get saturated with the given energy which will hinder cooling.
Of course, there was another variable I had to cross reference with the above and that was the ease of maintenance and durability. Yes, maze coolers work well, but can be hard to clean. I tried my best here and cleaning never posed an issue for me personally.
With that said, all of that mumbo jumbo means little without real world performance, just sharing how I have envisioned and implemented the cooling process, end of the day, you, the users will judge if these words were materialized successfully.
As for the oven not being completely filled with herb. There are 2 steps for the mesh disks in the cooling unit, one is lower and one is higher and you can position the CU screen in either one. The lower position is meant to be used when the device is turned upside down and pulled hard, so the herb stays tucked into the oven utilizing maximum performance from conduction. (You will receive the CU by default with a disk in both positions, one coarse and another one fine, but you can remove one, switch them or play around how you want to. Having little herb in the oven and having the device in the upside down position may result in the herb moving out of the bottom of the oven, but since the quantity is small and it has nowhere to go, it will get obliterated regardless of conduction being less involved in the process...
