Friend brought me cartridges, now to figure out what to buy to use them

A friend was kind enough to bring me some pre-loaded cartridges, but assumed that they would work with my e-cig stuff which I already have. Not even close, and now I have no clue what to buy to make use of these things.

It looks damn near identical to an organa oil cart. I'm using one right now. Go grab any 510 e go type ecig from a local e cig shop.

Are you sure? It looks closer to M601 than 510 to me. Most 510 connections have at least four threads, usually five. Only the Atmos and W9Tech lines using M601 have three threads on them in my collection.

Yeah I didn't look at the threads. And. I've only got 510 stuff so that's bout as far as my expertise in ecigs.
