I do find it heartening, but it's just a contributor getting to post something on their site, not any official stance. Still, something to link to - I hope they leave it up.

I secretly suspect the driving force behind keeping EVERYTHING illegal except alcohol is due to business concerns. Like they're protecting business owners against the druggies (that and the alcohol tax, and the DEA and many other LEA budgets).
