Yes. Duh.
Hopefully that was sarcasm, and dude actually understands that the US Constitution requires that the Senate run by majority vote, with a very few exceptions like impeachment.
This is basic Civics 101/"How A Bill Becomes Law" stuff.
The routine "60% vote requirement" to pass legislation is a modern post-1970s abuse of the legislative process by the Republican party.

Oh there's plenty the Senate won't pass without 60 votes.
Passing a tax cut: 51 votes is fine.
Passing a $15 minimum wage? That "requires" 60.
I also find it funny Rhonda Santis was gloating about Amendment 3 not passing. A bigger percentage of Floridians voted for legal weed than voted for him either time.
