Hey FC.

My first post here.

I've been a toker for about 2 years. Back then, the MFLB was all famous and stuff, but I never got on that bandwagon. For the past two years, I've been using (1) a dugout for solo toking which is my main tool, (2) a Roor for when I'm smoking up with people, and (3) joints for the great outdoors.

Anyways.

I think I wanna try a portable vape now.

No real budget, but I wanna buy a cheap vape that gives great value for money. The reason there's no budget is because I'm currently broke and all my money for the vape is gonna come from subway shifts. So I can save up, if I have to, but I'd rather not spend too much.

So in terms of price performance ratio, what should I go for?

Dragonlite Vape?
MFLB?
Budy Pen Pro?
VaporGenie?
Something else?

Again this is just my first vape, I don't wanna completely shell out only to realize that I prefer combustion.

I really like the price point of MFLB, but I don't know if its still as good a buy as it was a few years ago. Plus, I feel like a maud-dib style update to the mflb might be on its way (just my gut feeling).

Will the Dragonlite Vape give me a sufficient 'first intro' into what vaping is about? Because I'd rather have a safe cheap first purchase in case I don't end up liking vaping.



Also, I'm not too heavy a smoker. I go through roughly 4 grams of mids in a month.

The Palm 2.0 looks very very interesting.

Is the Palm 1 worse? I like its looks much better.


The Solo seems much better and bulkier.. idk the Palms and MFLBs are beautiful..


Where can I buy a Palm 2.0 for under 100$ in canada?

Solo's Performance, Duration of charge, Temperature Control, Invulnerability (well, nearly) = priceless
(Had to go there! Love the Solo! :rockon:)

So how much better is the Palm 2 than the Palm?

And how long would a fully charged battery last on them? Do normal AA Duracels work too?

I'm definitely no Palm expert and only have the model 2.0, but it really looked to me like mostly the plastic case was changed to make it even more stealth.

Never watched over battery, the palm 2 was my maintenance ultra stealth go to device. Now, solely use for concentrates (and not often)...

I will +1 ddave for the solo suggestion. If you dont like vaping, or the solo, I expect you can easily sell it in the classified/ebay etc and cut your losses to a min. Its a well proven vaporiser and people looking for the best deal will stumble on your add and voila. But you should like it if you like vaping at all imho

There is also the lotus portable that is a proven choice as well. I will let the usuals ones come chime in with its great caracteristics ;)
