Now that I've been here a while and have been a MMJ chronic pain patient for the past eight months, I've realized that I am not unique in having at least an occasional need to medicate in the middle of the night.
This time used to be a nightmare for me. I would wake up desperately in pain and feel so isolated and scared and feeling that I had to wait until morning came for everyone else to start my day. The only thing I could come up with to change this was to make it into a pleasant ritual. I let my wife know I'm getting up if she stirs when it takes me a few minutes to get out of bed and dressed. Then I head to the kitchen and boil a cup of water for tea while I prepare any medications I need. From there, anything can happen from just going back to sleep to something silly like what I did this morning: outdoor headlamp gardening in the rain.
I hope that this can be a place for anything and everything related to middle of the night cannabis enjoyment. But this is not for just MMJ talk, as I would also love to hear about anyone's cannabis relayed antics that happen when "too late at night" becomes "too early in the morning".
So, welcome to the First Four-Twenty Lounge
