I got this as a pre-order and it works as advertised but it doesn't fit my needs. There have only been 5 loads through it and I have it totally cleaned up. It is in like new condition and comes with everything that a new unit comes with. The concentrate pads, cleaning kit, and USB cable have not even been opened.
