I bought a FireFly 2 a couple years ago and it has sat in my drawer for a long time because I wasn't happy with it. Anyway, I just read the other day that a firmware update was available. So I downloaded the app, connected and tried to update the firmware and all it does is hang. The Firmware update graphic just flashes.. it doesn't even spin. Trying this on a Note 10 didn't work. I pulled out an old android and same thing. Anyone else have a suggestion for getting this to work? I hear the firmware update really makes it a joy to use. Thanks in advance!
