Hi all!
I've recently acquired a FlowerPot which has for the most part (still want to get a V-Rod, but the Showerhead & Wrap-Around are gonna do for now) cured my Desktop VAS...
Problem is that I would largely benefit from a portable solution...
I do have a Stem-less Arizer Solo but I need to get some new PVHES Stems for it.
But I usually will have 2 Arizer stems full in a session. That usually does the trick.
I'm looking at the Dynavap "M" and it's higher-end cousin, the OmniVap XL but the fact that it uses a Butane Torch is kind of a turn off...
The Haze Square is quite intriguing too though not knowing much about the company (though it has a fairly good reputation) and the materials in the vapor path, I'm not sure I'm that much of a risk taker hehe
Then there's the S&B Crafty and Mighty.
And to top it off there's the familiar Arizer's that are always a good choice. Either the Solo or Air to stay on the cheaper side of things and remain compatible with the PVHES Stems. Or there's also the newer Solo 2 and Air 2 but they are more expensive and aren't compatible with the PVHES Stems and all they seem to offer more than their cheaper counterparts is an LED Screen with more precise temperature control and perhaps better battery life and/or better draw resistance / lack thereof...
Budget isn't really an issue though if possible, I'd like to save as much money as possible/not spend too much if possible...
I'd say my preference goes like so:
*1- Vapor Flavour
*2- Vapor Production (efficient extraction)
*3- "Portable"
*4- Works very well with Flowers, but can also be used with different Concentrate forms, this includes hash and bubble hash...whether this means sandwiched between Cannabis or with a specific Concentrate Accessory/Function doesn't really matter as long as it's possible to "spice up" a bowl after a long day or whatever...
*5- A Clean Air-Path with a preference for Borosilicate Glass or Ceramics. Otherwise I guess Titanium Grade 2 would work or if not, Stainless Steel could also work. No Aluminum though.
*6- Quick Charge/High Capacity Battery or User Replaceable Rechargeable Battery(ies) would be a nice option.
*7- Having a Micro-USB or USB-C connection would be another plus.
*8- Discreteness would be an awesome thing but I don't think I'll find one that ticks this Box because of how picky I can be sometimes...and from what I see, aside from the Linx Gaia and Maybe the Arizer Air and Air 2 as well as the S&B Crafty could fit this category...
I think those are the most important features usually...and that's in order of importance for me.
Other than that I've listed some Vaporizers I'm interested in but I'm also interested in other vaoes like the Linx Gaia, Evic Tubo and maybe the Ghost MV1 but the silicone looks sketchy where it's placed. I'm open to suggestions too.
But I'm curious if the Crafty is a smaller Mighty with as good vapor as it's bigger brother, the only difference being the size, lack of a screen on the Crafty and smaller battery Capacity on the Crafty, but are there other inconvenients?
Same thing for the Dynavaps...
Is it really worth the price difference between the "M" Model and the OmniVap Models?
Because aside from using a Butane Torch, it really ticks all my boxes I think...
(If Dynavap or someone else started building small Induction/Conduction "Heater" for the VapCap that would be awesome and a game changer! I'd probably get an OmniVap XL at that point...Especially if the Heater was sized like a conventional Lighter, or of similar dimensions...perhaps a bigger sized (1:1 model) Bic Lighter with the Hole in the Grill the perfect size for your DynaVap to fit in. There could also be an insulated Vapcap Magnet on it and even a Click "Sound Enhancer" or something like that?
Anyways, what do you guys think I should be getting?
Anything I seem to have missed?
Thanks a bunch for your help!
Cheers,
SunnyHours.
