Maybe the retailers who got busted were violating one or more of the 8 priorities laid out by the DOJ. I personally don't think it's time to panic quite yet.

I find it interesting that the IRS was involved. Maybe there business papers/ license' weren't in order?

Perhaps they Feds are following the priorities, but intend to do so to the strictest and fullest extent? That may be a good thing if we ever expect them to repeal prohibition on a national level. I mean, you can't just open up a liquor store without getting your shit in order. I wouldn't expect pot to be any different.
