They made it so difficult to put cash in I skipped it. Why does an illegal offshore casino who can't take credit cards require my SS# in addition to e-check info? I don't hand out my SS for no good reason.

Plus their GUI sucks! I'll be happy to play with you all on Absolute Poker. Much better site -- or modern graphics at least!

Well, truth be told - Im not exactly overjazzed about playing on PS, but they have the customizeable rooms (like this) so thats the sell for now.

This is just in its infancy. Pretty soon we should have FC reps on the WPT.

A totally vaked experience....hell, I couldn't even figure out how to get in the game at first....totally beginners luck.... but luck by any means is always good luck...

Yes, it was fun although I was pretty close to being on tilt last night at the table. I had just gotten busted out of another cash tourney that started with 90 folks. I placed 17th (just outside of the $$$) and to make matters worse, my pocket aces were cracked by pocket douches. I *was* consistent chip leader throughout the tourney til I got those couple of bad beats.

Between that and the asshats that would get a comfy stack and then just sit out for the duration of the tournament... I think I need my wake and bake now.

Okay, last night aside - I think I am starting to formulate a plan of sorts to help solidify when tourneys will be scheduled. What I have so far -

Im shooting for weekday tourneys. Weekends are usually more busy as its FUN time. (Ill sched a couple of weekend ones just to see how they work out)
Sometime after 9/10P EST cause Lo is gainfully employed by a tyranical employer who wont let her out early enough to play poker.
Not on Tuesdays cause Pappus has a similar employer.
Anything I missed?

ROFL! Too funny! Thanks AG! Not my employer...I'm self employed. My son trains in Russian Martial Arts 3 nights a week and it's quite a drive... gets me home late on those nights. Someday hopefully soon he'll be driving himself there though Wheee!

Yeah, just keep scheduling and posting here... I'm sure we'll pin down what times/days work and maybe get some more folks to jump in.

Okay peeps, it just hit me so I think I will sweeten the deal here.

I will be starting a new tourney scheduled for next week. Depending on how many people we get - I will make a real $$ prize the winnage for this game. I dont have a whole lot in funds (read - about a buck) So Im thinking the prize pool will be a total of $.50

This will easily get you into one of the other real $$$ tourney games if you are so interested.

Vendors/Resellers/Manufacturers/Almighties/Anyonewhocandonate - Care to help us start up a prize pool of sorts? I am hoping we get more regulars so I can start working up the prize pool. Bragging rights are cool, but schwag is cooler

Lol... He turns 18 TOMORROW He trains in Systema which is some sort of Russian martial arts. Not only learn physical stuff, knife & gun disarms, etc but the mental stuff is awesome. He's learned a lot.

I'm ready for the poker! I'll keep eye on thread, emails. Would be nice to get some regular games going. Off to play in a local tourney in a few hours
