If you'll still have me after my dismal team last year I'm in! I've really got nowhere to go but up. I may have to let my pets pick for me. Perhaps I just need to wait to vape until after the draft... Last year I kept saying, "Second pick take Arian Foster if he's there!". I ended up forgetting and taking C.J. Spiller and the rest of the draft was downhill from there.

I've had my best results in pools like this by jotting down my first instinct for each game,
and then picking the opposite
I know some guys who base their whole lives on this idea...

I just renewed the league, so if you were in it last year you have first dibs at being in it this year. Check the email you used last year for the invite and let me know here if you don't get one. If you know you are out, please let me know so we can get you replaced.

This thread is getting me too excited for football too early 
! I'm going to have to go in to a vapor-induced suspended animation of sorts to make it to the football season without pulling all my hair out. @Gonzo it is $20 I believe. Last year was my first year so I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure it was $20 or $25. I'm definitely in for this year! Seeing that invite in my email inbox made my night (I doesn't take much

Damn, looks like an active league...doesn't look like there'll be any openings unless it's expanded. Would love to play though. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I have to admit that beating up on Sticks last week felt really good, but edging out JDS to take over first place was even sweeter.
This thread brings back such good memories that were so, so quickly and unceremoniously dashed.
This year I'm bringing my A game. Should be a good contest!

I think we had 10 teams last year and Stu is right...we can keep adding in even numbers. I'll have to check the max team count. Last year the buy in for ten teams was $10 each and it all went to the winner with the thinking being that the winner should at least come out with a quarter as winnings. We can change the number of teams and the buy in, but I don't want the buy in to be too steep...this hobby is already expensive enough with three other leagues.
