No issues here. When on FC, I'm mostly using tapatalk.

It seems to be working for me. You may need to delete and add the forum again - I've had Tapatalk go buggy on me a few times but usually that solved the issue.

I was going to purchase this yesterday, but I wasn't sure how it would work. Thanks to this random thread I will now have FC on the go.

Yea it puts it into a mobile app type format. Where as when you use Safari it is just like the normal site and you have to zoom is and what not. With tapatalk it is made for your mobile device already so it sizes and everything works flawlessly.

Agreed. Tapatalk is awesome and worth the 3 bucks. I keep it locked in landscape mode.

Anyone wanting to post pictures should check out the imgur app. You upload the pic right from your phone and it gives you a url to copy and paste into tapatalk. On the reply tab don't click the picture icon, click the link (looks like a chain) then click 'Insert image link' and paste it there; that will auto format the img tags for you.

Imgur also does not require you to sign up, and the picture will stay online as long as it gets one view every six months.

My Tapatalk stopped working. I got a new smartphone, so I had to re-download the software. That worked, but I always get the same error message, "directory is currently unavailable, please try again later." Hopefully it will work tomorrow.

I've seen a few glitches where FC had to be deleted and re-added on Tapatalk. If still not working I'd suggest trying that.

Still not working today, but I think it's the Tapatalk program itself. It keeps saying the network is unavailable, so I can't add any forum, including this one. I just re-downloaded this app too....damn

Ok, I had to download Tapatalk again, and reinstall. Now, it is working.

App Store prompted me to update Tapatalk, this afternoon. I've been having problems with it crashing on my iPhone lately so hopefully the update helps that.

Maybe they fixed the bug that kept me from using it on my iphone. I had to uninstall the app as it was too annoying to deal with.

I'll give it another try. Fingers crossed.

No luck with the new version of tapatalk on my iPhone. I just got 2 notifications even though notifications are turned off in tapatalk, turned off in iPhone settings, and the program was not running in the background at the time.

Time to delete the app (again). Oh well, at least they didn't charge me to download it and install it again.

That sucks.

I just updated the Tapatalk forum plugin to the latest version. The release notes say they just added push support.

Version 1.2.0 release

Update Note:
1. Add prefix support in xenforo
2. Add Push support for xenforo
3. Add @ tag function for push and alert feature.
4. Fix likes info not showing problem.
5. Fix xenforo goto first unread feature.
6. Fix reply number not showing correct issue.

Instruction for @ tag function:
You can mention someone when you are posting by add text with " @username " format(There should be no character directly before @).
Example:
There are some words in A's post:"I did remember @B , he is a good guy!"
The B will get an alert showing: "A mentioned you in thread '....' ", if you enabled push notification in app, you will also get a push data like this.

It's now been 4 days running tapatalk on my iPhone with no unwanted notifications so far (knocks on wood).
