If you value high quality current event input do not focus on individual events, anecdotes, or stories. Focus your attention on aggregated statistics, broad trends, and peer-reviewed studies. Fill your brain with data that lacks emotion, because emotion will always be manipulated for reasons that are not designed to benefit you."
