I may be picking up a new vape for wax this week and I'm not sure what to get. I have a microG that I love for traveling and going out in public, and I've used the C-Rig before and really liked it for an at-home vape. What are your favorite vaporizers for wax and what do you like about them?

W9 tech kiss carts and herules sr74x
Best company you can buy oil products from, amazing customer service, and well thought out designs. Head over to google and search for w9 tech. Quality of materials.. I'll never use a micro g again

2 grams on Father's day. Still got one.
I see the 2 hit bong videos but I prefer the 30-50 puffs in a stem.
It is a nice change of pace but I like flowers better. ( a sillier buzz) {Shattered is a more satisfying hit but not as "Stoned"}

TET Cera. Spendy, but once you dial it in, the flavor is sublime. I like the Persei as well.

It looks like the W9 Tech is only for oils, is that correct or am I just high and not seeing something?

Very cool, but looks like it's for dry herb, not wax?

I'm a pervert with a juvenile sense of humor so when I googled the Cera it instantly reminded of those crappy little Brookstone Brothers vibrators, or the old school hard shell ones. Then I saw this. It's good to know I'm not alone. http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/thermovape-cera.8332/page-136#post-379567

I can't say enough good about W9 Tech. I started with a crappy Vaporcone ego garbage pen. The Omicron and Persei are top of the line for oils/wax. The Hercules SR-74 is hungry for your wax, shatter, hash, kief, sap, BHO, CO2, crumble, snap, ice wax, bubble hash, earwax, whatever you can throw at it.

Ugh, seriously, trying to decipher all of the technical speak on all of the descriptions I'm finding, and determine what part goes with what piece, you might as well be asking me to read a legal document, written in Shakespearean and translated in to Swahili. I just want a good wax vaporizer. Where is the 'vaporizers for idiots' handbook? :ugh:

@VapechickV Omicron Ti series. Good entry-level model (I love mine) Or Persei Ti depending on your price range. (I love mine) The Persei will leave you with more room to grow. The Persei has more power for bigger badder, and better attachments.
Either one will give you everything you need to get started. Just pick a color and ignore the other options for now. Just may want extra batteries to eliminate down time. They both come with a KISS cart. This is a load as you go type cart.

Since w9tech has already been well represented I'll throw my vote in for Thermovapes first generation tech-the Revolution and DART. You can buy the TV handle and batteries (it's where they really shine) but, if you get the low voltage, you can through the carts on any ego batt for an experience waaayyy better than what you'll get with a Gentlemans cart of any of the big brands like Gpen etc.

For ultimate simplicity buy an Minicron, Minicron lite, or Ophos from w9tech. Or, you could get a normal 510 batt and buy a Gentlemens cart to screw on top.

Sad but true, it even comes with a "condom."

You might as well buy something that won't slowly kill you with burning plastic and silica wicks.. W9 is titanium and medical grade ceramics. Thermovape cera is very expensive and not a fit finish device, cart is wobbly and always cockeyed on the handle, lack of customer support. Old thermovape t1 and revolution would suit you well. Interchangeable oil and herb carts. I named w9 tech because they are the leaders in the oil world, and you asked for a device that vaped wax. The herc has a lot of parts but it's made like nothing else. Made that way so it's user serviceable

No need for a handbook. If you're okay with LAYG (load as you go) type vape, I would reccommend either Vapor Brothers Dabbler or the Omicron Light made by W9tech. I personally use these units. Both are super easy to use with virtually no learning curve. Both units are made using safe materials and backed by highly reliable manufacturers. The downside for some is the fact you can only load up to about .10g of concentrate. However, that's not a problem for me as I can get significantly lifted from .05 to .10g (maybe 4 good rips). That said, if you're a heavy oil user you'd be better off going with the Persei paired with the high capacity Hercules cart as Diehard and Kushcabbage recommended. The downside with the Persei is the
learning curve is longer and could be a little frustrating for someone new to these type of devices. Either way you go, there is plenty of customer support here on FC through the device manufacturers threads. Good luck!!

Edit: there is no handbook, but there is a vaporizer encyclopedia that many find quite helpful. Click on "Vaporpedia" on the menu bar at the top of your FC page....

I can only say that the Cera I own fits perfectly and customer service has been outstanding every time I visit them. The way you've strung your sentences together seems to imply that the Cera will slowly kill you with burning plastic and silica wicks and is not made with the highest quality ceramic components. I'm pretty sure that's not what you meant to say, because it could not be further from the truth. But I just wanted to clarify that. I like the revolution as well, but it's not as good as the Cera, IMO

If you're fine with load as you go (reloading every hit), w9tech has the Globe Heater and TI2 wire KISS cartridge which I think are probably your best bet for the easiest/least learning curve and being less than 25$ max which should last you at least a few months if used correctly. Vaporwarehouse has the globe in stock with a coupon (SUMMER) so that the total came out to less than 18$ for me which I ordered earlier today. W9tech has multiple vaporizers that are pretty affordable and some of them excel for their stealthiness. They all come with a 1 year warranty and have pretty great customer service.
