Favorite D020 flavors

Hey guys, I'm looking to get w cheap little piece to water filter my vapor. I see there are a lot of people super into recyclers/vortexes, but mostly I've been recommended the D020 line on DHgate to get me started. Many people seem to prefer some of the new styles of D020, so I thought I'd pick people's brains here on FC to get me a little closer to a decision.

I like the look of the the current D020, but don't know how well that style of perc functions, in comparison to say D020 X, or the one w/ a matrix (D020 D).

I know there's a cheap glass thread, but I'm trying to hone in on the D020 line (i guess GB-187 was recc'd too, but the D020 line has been rammed down my throat pretty good) specifically, since everyone seems to suggest that.

What are you using for a vape and what are your desires. Strap a small restricted vape onto a big bubbler and it may not perform as well as it will with a smaller bubbler. Also consider the amount of diffusion you want/need, taste first people often want less diffusion then the mega cloud folks want. Good Luck

I'm kinda in the middle. I like good taste, but also like to take a hit without coughing up a lung (which happens pretty easily to me when it's allergy season, like right now). I'm planning to use it with a hercules, but possibly the GH once released, and with globe style atomizers if their smaller circumference will fit.

Well, I was looking at the D020 line because that seems to be the preferred choice for swapping both pen use and dabbing; at least as far as what everyone is suggesting for a n00b who is only looking to buy 1 piece, rather than add to a collection.

You want the D020-D. It has the latest diffusion matrix and the easiest to use female 18mm joint.

Thanks! I was considering that, but was real curious about the slit disc style, so held off. Sounds like ill be going the matrix route.

Mine arrived in SF already, after 3 days total. That's wicked fast, on sunshinestore's part. Now to wait 2 weeks for it to clear customs, the actual shitty part of this whole endeavor.

I like this pic so much I have to put it here too, and it answers your question!! An elbow adapter (for Arizer Extreme Q) is all it takes.

Edit: sorry I just realized you wrote you're using an Underdog, I thought you had a whip unit. I can't help you on that one, but still love these D020-D.

The D020-W was great but I don't think it is being sold anymore. It was the sidecar version. I loved it until I broke it. I've been using the D020-D as my DD for a few months now. It is just very solid. For the price I certainly highly recommend it.

I got my d020D a little under 2 weeks after ordering it. It's larger than I anticipated, which is great, and feels good. After washing everything out I rigged it up to my SSV and thoroughly enjoyed it! Nothing picture-worthy yet as my setup isn't very refined yet, doubt it will be anything sexy either. Let's see how it fares a few months down the road

Just hooked this pen adapter up. Win. Wish they made an adapter that would fit the Hercules, that would at least be a fun experiment.

I used ePacket for my 3 Chinese glass deliveries so far - easy to track on EMS while in China, consistently took 3 days to get to San Francisco and enter customs - couldn't tell you if Air China moves through customs any faster, but the times I've used Air China in the past (electronics from HK), it took a full 2-3 weeks to get to me, as opposed to a week to 10 days.
