That was a one-of-a-kind Amboyna Burl that is EXTREMELY RARE and very expensive - I may not be able to get another one like it ...but you can bet that I'll keep trying!!!

You'd be surprised to know just how much time goes into my searches and selections. The exotic wood biz can be really tough and cut-throat. Suppliers will either find a way to work with you or turn away without so much as a goodbye. The suppliers also have it rough n tough, so I can understand their position. No matter ...I will keep working hard as I can to find the best of the best in the world. So far so good!

Not sure if I want another Nano or an Underdog this time around, but I'm also really digging that Koa!!

Keep up the excellent work @Snappo I've always been a wood-geek at heart, though I never thought I could afford some exotic wood myself! I've been really enjoying your pictures of the raw blocks and seeing the finished products.

Problem will come once you've found 'just the perfect one' and you order. THEN you'll see another that you want. It's a vicious cycle! Damn WAS! I need to start playing the lottery.

This just in!!! Hawaiian Curly Koa Wood from large old growth trees from the Big Island. The picture doesn't do it justice. The curly fiddleback figure is very shimmery and 3D looking! 7" x 2" x 1 15/16" of incredibly figured Curly Koa - kiln-dried and then air-dried 10 years or more. Perfectly sized for making a HI, and possibly an UNDERDOG!!! (Check first with UD Dave to approve dimensions) -

Really want to thank @Snappo for making this all possible.
to be able to choose a custom piece of wood and turn it into a custom vape.and to top it all off stellar service.I think I found my new addiction. Lol There is definitely something special to be said for FC vendors can't wait to make my next purchase:nod:
