A couple of clarifications on the size of the blanks for HI and roasting tubes. I can use wood that is as small as 1-1/2" square for the HI. I use 3/4" square blanks for 18mm WonG tubes and 5/8" square blanks for 14mm WonG tubes. I can generally get a 14mm WonG tube in addition to a HI from a 2" or larger square piece of wood. It is interesting when you discover a void or cavity inside of the wood. Burls will sometimes have partially formed branches in them. The branch piece can separate from the wood and then go flying as you turn it on the lathe. It does leave a unique mark in the wood that looks very interesting. The cavities aren't so nice for the roasting tubes though.

@Alan! Thanks for the clarification! I knew that, but somehow let the info slip. It is amazing how much you are able to finesse out of a small block of beautiful wood - no waste whatsoever - truly AMAZING!!!

GOOOD Choice - The E-nano was my first* desktop vape. I have no need for another plug-in vape, the Nano satisfies every need I have (including aesthetics).

I'm sure any wood you buy from @Snappo will make you extremely happy.



(*True I had a vapebrothers knockoff vape 7 years ago which totally sucked, and didn't convert me to vaping, I don't count that vape)

Yeah, I pulled the trigger a few days ago, with an exotic blank I got from this thread. Hopefully Andy has my wood that @Snappo sent to him by now... (I got the Amboyna Burl, beautiful it is :tup:) and I won't have too long to wait

I've literally never heard anybody say anything negative about the nano, one of the reasons I decided to go with it. Can't wait... I'm sure I'll love it.

Hey there, @Newcastle! I think we got what "momma" wants!!! I am constantly updating my supply and range of choices. Nothing but the best and most beautiul! Just go through the pages of this thread and see what you like. If I still have it, it's yours. If I don't, I will have other very similar pieces, or will attempt to get more of what you like. I'm pretty sure that I can! Let me know when you hear back from the Daisy manufacturer as to what size they prefer to work with. I probably have some very nice exotic pieces in stock that are perfectly sized for the Daisy, but let's be absolutely sure. PM me when you know;).
