You really blew the dust off this thread- buried for almost 2 years.

This vape is the absolute best ever, nothing can hold a candle to it

Even if you've tried 'em all (and I'm sure you haven't), you should add 'I think' or 'IMO' to statements like that. You're stating opinion as fact, which is against the rules.

Another vape on my long time wish list that I'll never get to try- demasiado dinero.

I have tried every version of the Evolution brand Vaporizer, not every vape ever made in the world. Does my post really read like I'm claiming I've tried every vape ever made?

Hey guys! New to posting stuff on here, but have been reading and following posts for awhile now. It seems that most of you guys on this forum are very versed in all the in's and out's of vaporization, and I am hoping one of you guys will be able to help me. Does anybody know if there is a place to get replacement bowls for the v7 anymore? I know he has a website, and ive tried ordering through the site with no response. Im guessing he is taking a break for awhile...anyways, looking for an exact replacement or somthing that with work just as well. any help is appreciated! Thanks guys!

Maybe a Da Buddha glass wand would work? they're 18mm ground glass like the v7 wand.
Been a long time since I've seen an evolution so I can't say for sure It'll work.

Don't believe you'll find a OEM part for this vaporizer for sale anywhere these days to be honest.

Thanks for the reply RUDE BOY! I am not really familiar with that unit, do you know if that wand has a similar spot for a screen like the V7 bowl? Kinda looks like it in the pic, but I can't tell for sure. Thanks again!

Yeah it does, I believe the main difference with the wand is that the hose/tubing slips into the wand instead of the wand slipping into the tubing so you may need to pick up a new 7th floor whip along with the wand.


Like i said it's been a long time since i saw a v7 but I'm pretty sure though not 100% certain it'll work.

7th floor makes the Da buddha(DBV), Siver surfer(SSV) and life saver vaporizers(LSV) all of which have a pretty large following.

Also, I have an Older Version and just want to say it is a beast.

A good wand replacement is Da Buddha Vape wand. Perfect fit; is just missing the glass ring on the shaft that makes the original fit snug in the silicon sleeve (that sticks out the front of the vape). However, it does not seem to effect performance.

I cannot speak from experience, but if the Silver Surfer is also 18mm then it would PROBABLY work too.

Sorry, I edited my last post. But, yes I have one. I use it everyday. I love it. Mine was apparently actually made by Chris Dawson's old partner or something like that. My old roommate, Justin, used to assemble them with/for him.

What I really need is a new female glass ring. Mine is intact but cracked.

Do you have any insight on a possible future production?

Chris said he's working with a new partner. Not sure when they plan to start production again.

The part that goes in the vape. My unit was down for about 18 months though. I could not find a new wand, but took a gamble on Da Buddha Vape wand and it really paid off. Perfect fit! That is not to say I am not interested in the OEM wand/bowl.

They used to send out replacement female glass rings for free. Perhaps they were known to break. Like I said, mine is intact so it probably does not effect performance, but it sure would be nice to replace for longevity.

I have the latest version and it doesn't have the ring. Chris told me it wasn't needed and works better without. The new bowls aren't made of ground glass joints anymore either. Been running with that setup for a couple years now and it works for me. I thought the bowl would slip out but it doesn't. Have you tried plugging the bowl directly into the silicone, without the ring?

Yeah, I saw the v8. However, I do not think pulling the ring out is an option for me. It works better because it gets the herb closer to the element. I am not sure if better is the word I would use. Maybe efficient is a better description. The new one can vape at lower temp due to the design change, but I am sure you can get the same effect on the old one by turning up the heat to compensate for the extra distance.

However, I am not about to rip it out to find out. Cracked, but intact.

Chris told me he is working with a new partner and I don't think they know exactly when production will begin again.
Pretty sure the ring is just an 18mm joint with the end cut off.

Kicking up an old thread but I have got to find one of these Evolutions. My roommate has had one for years and I haven't found a better high. I have scoured the internet and cannot find any for sale. Could someone please put me in contact or know where I can pick one of these up, thanks so much!!
