Ethyl alcohol 95% instead of ISO

Greetings all. I was hoping to get some help from FC. I want to do a qwiso style extraction. However I can only get 75% iso which is no good. But I have 95% ethyl alcohol. Can I use it? Is it safe and will it work? I have used it for a grinder reclaim and it worked. It evaporated very quickly. Anyway thanks in advance

there are threads about it that i am posted in and following but i can't get the search functions of this forum to work.

everclear, polish spirits, winterize, ethano, QWET
i'm in the threads but can't find any of them.


edit added:
i found one i'm not following or posted into. Considering QWET - School me! but can't find threads i follow unless there are new posts into them. wtf?

95% and not 95 PROOF right? 95 proof would be about 47.5% alcohol by volume.
