I'm looking for an epen to just use with some sort of flavoring and to have fun blowing vapor around, absolutely no nicotine or high though.

The only issue is that most epens tend to have nasty chemicals in them anyways (more info here:
)

Are there any actual safe epens? That don't have all those added chemicals in them? And if so, is it possible for me to use some sort of flavoring so I can just blow flavored vape, with no nicotine or chemicals?

Is it possible to use my SOLO instead of a different device for this? If so, how do I get a safe liquid to use that has NO carcinogens, nicotine, or any of that nasty stuff in it?

I've been thinking about getting an e-cig to use with some OpenSource Vapor E-juice. Especially since my wife had to go and blow $50 on a bullcrap E-go cig from a vape kiosk in a mall (Despite my protests that she was paying 500x too much for it).

http://opensourcevapor.com/ - check them out, I found them recently when someone suggested them on another thread I posted looking for organic e-juice. Haven't tried anything yet, but it sounds promising. Also note, from what I've heard, it's best to stay away from e-juice flavors which resemble something creamy or dairy - like ice creme flavors, coffee flavors, etc.

In answer to your question - you can use your normal vaporizer like a Solo to vape e-juice. Simply get 100% organic cotton and put a few drops of juice into a tiny ball of organic cotton. Set your solo temperature quite low (just about the lowest temperature used for vaping herb), and start puffing away.

I do this with my Davinci Ascent sometimes and it works great

Great thanks so much! Looks like this place has the healthy e liquid :D

That would mean that if I vape this I won't get all those nasty carcinogens, right?

Also, on the site, would I want to buy the "thin" or "thick" liquid?

And what are some actual epens that I could use this with, preferably under $70?

Sorry for all the questions :/

Honestly, I think e-juice is still too new of an industry. I don't know how healthy any of these juices are, nor can I say how safe they are over prolonged exposure. We are still the first generation of "e-cig users" - i'm sure some of the artificial flavors will be found to be very unhealthy, just like artificial coloring in food is now banned in many countries, I'm sure the same will happen with some flavors of e-juice.

That said, I don't think there is enough research into this field to establish how healthy organic e-juice may be compared to traditional e-juice. Personally, I think I'll buy an e-cig and some opensource vapor juice for some enjoyment every once in a while - I don't plan to use the juice daily until I've seen some research that shows how healthy it is or is not.

The key is to do your research and determine for yourself how risky it may be to consume. You can take added precautions, but remember - 10 years ago practically nobody was using an e-cig. There is still a lot of unknowns with how these chemicals react to the body when vaporized.

To be honest, I personally would rather vaporizer herb and save the flavored juices for a special occasion (like a party atmosphere where everyone is smoking but you can't vape herb for whatever reason)

Good point, I think I'll stick to my herb! Thanks man :)

Okay so I'm still interested in getting an e-pen. I don't want to use my Solo with ejuice.

What options are good? I don't want a small ecig, I want a solid pen sized vape with good airflow and a big tank. Any ideas guys?

I am not going to make claims like PG or VG are completely safe, however that video was just scare tactic BS.

I have smoked cigarettes for 35 years and tried many different tactics to quit over the years and failed. Ecigs have kept me from having the slightest desire to smoke again. Same way I cannot smoke weed anymore after vaping for so long, it just tastes awful to smoke. In 4 months I have cut the strength of nicotine I use in my juice in half and will cut it all out in the next couple of months and just use PF/VG flavored with no nicotine.

What I like to use for tanks are the Kanger Aerotanks which hold 2.5ml of liquid but they have a mini and a mega size as well. http://www.myvaporstore.com/Aerotank_V2_Mini_Mega_Giant_s/151.htm

This is my favorite pen battery http://www.myvaporstore.com/Innokin_iTaste_VV_V3_0_Express_Kit_p/ink-vv3-b.htm

There are endless sources for ejuice and it is really a buyer beware kind of thing. Plenty of good ones to choose or sources to get what you need to mix your own. https://www.vaperite.com/vape-juice Is a place that I like for organic flavors

Thanks a ton for all this! What do I actually buy though, like for the body of the piece? The thing that actually vapes, where do I find that?

Pg and Vg are both F.D.A approved, and safe for human consumption. However, the effects of the juices being vaporized is a hot topic. The negative effects mostly come from the nicotine, but if you get a rda and a mech mod you only use 3mg of nic.

The first link above is for the aerotank and that is the tank and atomizer, it holds the juice and the atomizer wicks the liquid and heats it to vapor. The atomizer are consumable, I replace mine every few tanks depending on juice being used.

The next link is just a pen battery that is variable voltage/ variable wattage. You can get batteries much cheaper but having adjustment over the power is worth the extra cost.

The last link is a good place to get the flavorless PG and/or VG and concentrated flavors. Of coarse they also sell blended flavor mixes and you pick 0 nicoteen added or the amount wanted. Most ejuices can be purchased with 0 nicoteen added.

So you need all three componates, a tank heating system, a battery, and ejuice. There are many, many, many different choices but the ones I linked are ones I know well and continue to use.

I use e-cigs as well. Have not paid for a pack of cigarettes for 6 months. Close to a thousand bucks saved.

The link GR posted above is a really good choice. Mostly because of the charger. I have a bunch of batteries and most of them screw onto the battery in the same way as the tanks and I have stripped a bunch of the chargers out. The charges are so cheap, you can find them for less than a dollar online. Doesn't seem like a good quality one exists and the receiving threads get stripped no matter how careful you are. The itaste is great because it charges with a micro usb connection.

Actually its more about the flavorings thats the concern, contrary to popular belief nicotine in these doses isn't really bad, nicotine is natural and only poisonousness at high high levels, check out the studies done by Flavourart, a company that makes flavorings and started to realize people were buying them to use in E-Cigs, they decided to test the effects on the lungs, the results are promising, although more studies need to be done, custard flavors or flavors with diacetyl and acetone are those to watch out for, most companies will tell you what they put in them with a simple email. Currently most legit comapnies are not using these anymore, they use to be present in custard flavors mostly or anything bread like or pop corn tasting.

If you smoke traditional cigarettes I recommend switching, no way they are nearly as bad...

Also you can buy it in 0mg and a RDA is never needed, thats a personal choice, has nothing to do with Nicotine content.
