Embur or similar devices

Hi I would like to know if anyone has reviewed the Embur or has used one (or a similar device?) How is the battery life/charge time? Easy to clean?

Never used one but check out tokin daily on youtube. He frequently uses the embur and likely will give his opinion on it.
