Looks like a good time. I can see that the 25mg is about the ceiling for me enjoying vs not enjoy the high. I'm gonna try 20mg next time, and want to dose as accurate as possible. I can tell it's not a perfect science.
Now you tell me.
I will continue this discussion over in the cooking with cannabis section, but I see how it works I think. In order to be more accurate, I think I would use the cheap shatter my dispensary sells rather than flower. If I dissolve 1g of decarbed shatter in warm coconut or mct oil, then mix it in melted chocolate, I can mold a bunch of little chocolates. Based on the number I make, you divide that into 1000ml and it tells you how much you're getting per piece of chocolate.
or using
@shredder's method I could dissolve something like 1g (1000mg) of shatter in 2oz (60ml) of mct oil, then I could measure out what would be 17mg per 1ml syringe of prepared cannabis oil which can be put into the mouth or in food. Am I looking at this correctly?
edit: Thinking about this. I might be missing a step. I have to multiply the 1000mg shatter by the percentage of THC in the shatter first to determine total THC before factoring in the carrier oil. I think?
The high was definitely couchlocky. I can see how this is great for night time dosing. I can't see how I could function during the day on an edible unless you can get a different high using more sativa dominant shatter.
