Edibles and body smell?

I stick my weed up my ass & absorb the goodies rectally, then it only smells when I fart.
Sometimes if I follow thru I might get a gram or so of oil as well!
Sure its hard getting it in there, but if you get a beer bong, it really helps.
This is how @Stu does it. Its only because his beard is gay and very particular about what he puts in his mouth. (as you can see, his beard is off at the local gloryhole in the public toilets.)
All the young people are into it!

I've never heard of edibles making one's body smell like cannabis, but sometimes I get burps that smell like a grow room.

While i appreciate the poster's humor (although he was somewhat ignorant of the workings of the human digestive system), it was a serious query. Anyone know more about this or experience people smelling like cannabis after consuming edibles?

Yeah I've experienced it too. Usually when vaping heavy or when I eat edibles. Just the body odor IME, not like you're oozing weed smells out of every pore and orifice.

Cookies and vapes are fine, vapes make you smell like vape, not like bud, its a much nuttier smell, i guess we smell more like AVB than just bud. Nobody knows what AVB smells like cept the pro of pro stoners who vape often. Red eyes and you handling your shit is what gives it away. after a few years my eyes stopped going red, avoid clear eyes its very bad for your eyes if you use it daily long term, just cop it and tell people you gf broke up with you and you were crying if you need to cover for red eyes, etc.
Cookies there is no smell if you have some mints after, the almond nutty smell of baked weed will be in your mouth right after eating of course, other than that no, no smell should be smelled.
Protip, changing into fresh clothes is the biggest factor, your skin doesn't trap odors but fabrics do. I wont change my jeans because i dont wash em anyway, but a fresh shirt as you step out the door makes a huge difference.

A tip picked up from the Beastie Boys (circa Sabotage): always wear a wig while smoking, to keep the stench out of one's hair. I think they had jumpsuits to protect their clothes also. Getting to be like needing a hazmat suit trying to remain smell-free.

I don't smoke, only vape, and was asking about the smell of edibles coming thru the skin. My friend wants the effects to be unknown to his family, and is anxious that the smell might give things away.

Through the skin? Unlikely. Bigger chance of someone finding and eating a cookie than smelling it through the skin. If he's really concerned, start in with the aftershave or axe spray.
