What the best temp for the XL I know the OG was 6.5 or 7

Just FYI, I have had my OG E-Nano for about 8 years (up and running almost 24/7 😀), and I’ve settled on temp-stepping up from a start of 4.7, by steps of 0.3 or 0.4, up to a top temp of about 6.7. I take more hits at lower temps, then steadily fewer at the upper ones. I get around 60-80 fifteen-second hits from about 0.03 grams (roughly 1/30th, in other words). I do nightly sessions and get incredible flavor at the lower temps, diminishing to “very good” and then “decent still” up at 6.7 (where I’m only taking a half dozen hits or so).

To be fair, I usually do 2 stems at the same time, in rotation, so that’s really about 0.06 grams total, and I often run a sidecar on the Lotus or other vape at about 0.05 grams, but I usually stretch the sidecar over 2-3 nights.

With this approach, I get baked outta my mind all the time, and always at least very high (with no real tolerance issues, either).

So my experience is: pack lighter, start lower, go slower … and enjoy the tasty and effect-ive ride!

I have no idea why I get such good results, but I started keeping careful track because I was concerned that my approach and experience was so different from everyone else’s. Now I am completely confident in my results, and am so satisfied that I have stopped caring about those differences.

🤷‍♂️ 😜 🤗 👍

btw delta3d also sells a basket screen press. I'm a bit of a ti snob over stainless so I picked one up, sourced some ti screens, and now my xl and tm2 have ti basket screens in them! highly recommend and he is a great dude too. I recently realized I bought my first scoop for him 8 years ago!
Just curious what the benefit of the Ti screen material rather than stainless is? just seemed the mass of this screen was so miniscule it could'nt effect anything is what i would have thought. But please tell me why it is a benefit (still kinda new)

its just personal preference, stainless 316L is a fine material. I changed from stainless to ti in my nic vapes a while back for biocompatibility reasons and so used ti as a starting point when I started upgrading the weed gear. But as I've learned recently there are some applications in the vape space where stainless may be a better material choice than titanium.
