Either 50 or 75 mm stem is available for $20. They are in the store now. If you already have a mouth piece it is interchangeable so i figured i should offer just the glass

Here's a new one, a diy dynavap stem. It is 75 mm long has constrictions on one end so you can add your tip and then put some beads in. Then use a mouthpiece to contain hold the beads in.
