So, I do not dream very often and require significantly less sleep than my girlfriend who does not use marijuana. I was doing some reading and supposedly the weed makes me sleep deeper, so I'm not in dream state for very long. Seems true for me, but I'm wondering how THC effects your dreams. Do you remember your dreams often?

Have 2 reoccurring dreams:
1. It is Bar rush in a restaurant I worked at in 1970. People from today populate crew. We start well but soon swamped with no hope of digging out.
2. I am in car with deceased wife ( Hi honey, good to see ya!) We are lost and cannot get home.

I continue dreams through waking and going to bathroom. Continuity resumes upon sleep.

I am of sure of THC effect on dreams but I assure you I get maximum dose.

Since I started using I never remember my dreams, but it's an unexpected bonus to it I'm happy to have. I notice too I consistently sleep less than my wife, pretty often only 5-6 hours. I wake up feeling good though so I've just been glad for the extra time.

When I stop using I definitely start dreaming again, or at least remember them after I wake up. It's hard to tell if I sleep more, I use it to help me go to sleep so going off it just screws up my sleeping period.

I don't actually want my dreams back and I love the deep sleep I get so I'll not complaining. You can quit weed though if you want :p

Same. For as long as I can remember, my dreams are all nightmares save for a handful. I'm so grateful I can medicate and sleep seemingly soundly without my brain digging up sad memories of my dead father, anxiety dreams about work and existence, and violent encounters with monsters and sociopaths.

I hardly ever remember my dreams anymore. I miss them, but not enough to take breaks. I'm sure I still have them, I just don't remember them. I think not dreaming at all is a bad thing for most everyone, but recollection does not seem to be critical.

Last time I quit for a week or so my friends asked me to start back up. I guess I'm not as pleasant a person when not getting the stress reducing benefits... :mental:

How would one know the difference between not dreaming and not recalling dreams? I think we all dream. I make a conscious effort upon waking to remember them, cuz sometimes that's some fucked up shit! :freak:
