Draw resistance of the Roffu is less than the Fog Pro, but not by a lot. The opening in the Roffu mouthpiece is definitely wider than the opening in the Fog Pro mouthpiece, but that is only part of the picture.
However in actual use there is a big difference between the two in my experience. I have to draw really hard and long on the Fog Pro to get it "primed" in order to produce big clouds. That means pulling really hard on the already small opening of the Fog Pro's mouthpiece.
With the Roffu I draw much softer and slower, and it just starts pumping vapor. A slow and steady draw produces a nice big cloud on the first hit, and a huge cloud on the second.
So if you're only talking about draw resistance I would say the Roffu is a bit more free-flowing. If you are talking about overall effort to get vapor then the Roffu is much easier.
