Does anyone know what this is?

I found this in my box of unused things, and I'm unsure what exactly it is or how to use it. It looks like a chiller of some sort, but I don't know how it would be used. Thanks for any help

I know mix 'n' ball made grinders and pollen presses but never saw that particular piece.

First thing that came to my mind was it being similar to a http://www.budbomb.com/.
Only the one i've got of that has a screw-on top as well,which you can fill with flowers/hash.
I don't see that here though,but the two holes do look like they are part of an airway.
Is there something which acts as a sort of grill/screen in the bottom of the outer part,when screwed together perhaps?

Its a joint adapter. The spiral path cools the smoke/vapor down while you inhale on the other end.

Just a guess.

Just found this...

Perhaps it is, I just don't know how your would stick a J in there. The opening on the blunted end is 0.160" and on the nipple end it is 0.115", much smaller than your average J. My only guess is the nipple end is intended to accept tubing of some kind, and you suck on the blunt end.

You should try to use it as a whip mouthpiece...

Maybe the nipple goes into the end of the blunt or joint?

I'm pretty sure its an advanced version of an old chillum-style bat . just fill the end with smokables and combust (yuck) .

Yep,i think the small hole is intended for holding a flame against it,same as in the budbomb.
Just not sure how your combustibles are prevented from getting sucked through in this.

(Edited seconds later...either that or you hold/press it against the end of a joint(/cigarette...even more yuck!),but that seems akward at best.)

what would be interesting is if you could some how mod it into a vaporizer like the vapor lithe. The shape of it instantly made me think of that. it seems like it could produce smooth hits in a tiny package. I know that a lot of people with the plenty say the SS cooling coil really works it hits very smooth so I imagine this would be similar.
