do you smoke out of the same glass you vape out of?

With some warm iso (10 seconds in the microwave), salt and a quick simple green soak/rinse I can pretty much clean any piece I have to (relatively) brand new in a less than 10 mins, I usually clean them like once a week or so though. I don't really discriminate based on vapor or smoke because its honestly really easy to clean most glass for me.

Warm iso REALLLLY helps with cleaning a reclaim piece quickly too with ISO for evaporating (since oyu dont wanna use salt its harder to get everything off with room temp iso) the warm Iso will take a clogged piece and dissolve the claim in like 15 seconds haha. its amazing. it really cleans pieces that were smoked in quickly too.

Something in me doesn't want to put iso in the microwave. Is that 10 secs on high?

I'm a glass noob and have a matrix ion that i have only used with vapor. It's my only glass and i want to smoke out of it as well. couldn't i just give it a good iso wash after each smoke to keep it new and tasty for my vapor? I've combusted in it by accident while vaping twice and got a half hit of smoke. i then iso washed it and didn't notice a degradation in vapor taste. What say you?

My problem with combusting is that some burned product got insided my glass and I can't reach it or get it removed. Otherwise, except for reminding me of college days 35 years ago and coughing up and the smell of burned product, and being harder to clean, you can use it for combusting no problem.

as i have a DG fritted and a mobius matrix i am seriously considering getting a carbon filter for just such things. the high level of diffusion is supposed to be more beneficial to smoke than vapor or oil. i still do combust (joints mostly, some use of my incredibowls) and am tempted to try it with one or the other. i have the convertible dome and fritt filters for my DG, but i don't think that'll be enough. i also have the same issues as norml as to burned product getting stuck inside at a place where a scrubber or salt can't reach well.

I use a seperate glass piece "bong" for vaping and smoking. Just bought the smoking bong as I haven't smoked in a couple of months and wanted to try it again without using my vape bong.

What's a dab?

concentrated hash dropped on a a heated nail and usually inhaled thru a water piece. kinda like a knife hit, but much farther down the line technologically
