do you need concentrate for e liquid?

I am new here, and i am on a mission to make some thc liquid for my e cig

After reading many many pages of material and many posts (i really wish i came here sooner) i am wondering if you need shater or oil to make the ecig juice? (Qwiso qwet bho) to than mix with some form of pg

Or would it be the same as just taking some buds and mixing it with pg and filtering the liquid and using that for ecig juice? This shows what i mean well (How To Make A Marijuana E-Cig / Vape Liquid - Her…:

What is the best way? Has anyone tried all methods?

any of these heating elements will fit a 510 thread battery.

You don't need to go through the messy process of making thc e liquid for your nicotine e cig clearomizer.

They sell pre filled 510 thread cartridges already filled with oil at medical dispensaries, if your state has those.

Use one of those heating elements, or better yet buy a dabbler. You can use almost any form of concentrate with it.

You CAN make the liquid yourself but IMO its more trouble than its worth.
