I ingest a lot as it is and I still find applying the lotion directly helps a lot. You can definitely use the oil you have to make it or even just try applying it directly to your skin. I was really skeptical of the pain relief aspects before a buddy told me about his experience with it. I have mild-moderate muscle pain, if it isn't bad it takes it all away or at least dulls it within minutes. If I feel my muscles before and after, I can tell that they're a lot looser and more relaxed.Hi @Ace of Space , how effective is this cream?
my dad has rheumatoid arthritis, and I have a load of cannacoconut oil that I can't stand the taste of, can this be used for a lotion???
Or do I have to start all over again...
Does it really work??? Or is injestion a better option for pain relief???
@heady blunts You should check out the whipped recipe a few posts up as a water-free solution.
