dhgate payment failed

is it normal that dhgate says payment failed everytime?
ordered 2times with american express 1time with visa and 1time with giropay
and provided pics from the cards to their mail support.
Im kinda annoyed that all my orders got cancelled and my chosen piece (a steven sidecar) went up by 5$.

so: is there someone to help me with this?

Contact your AE customer service folks. They can tell you a lot more then we can. Good Luck

If you have a credit card your bank should be able to help you.

This happened to me a couple of months ago, and I had purchased there before. My CC that I normally use for this type of purchase was declined. I think the banks have become more tight on approvals, especially international, since the breach at Experian (among others lol). I contacted the bank and they approved purchases from dhgate, and I have had no more issues. I was unable to run the same credit card on the same order though -- after contactting dhgate CS, they told me I needed to cancel the order and re-enter it.
