Dhgate hydrafoot 2.0?

Hey I've been looking through pieces on dhgate and was wondering if thee's any good pieces that have a design similar to the hydrafoot 2.0? Specifically, where a male joint sticks out of the top of the piece in place of a mouthpiece. Thinking abut picking up sunshinestore's PNWT and thought it'd be cool to be able to stack it on a piece.

You'd still need a 14m male to male adapter but those are easy enough to find.
