Seems not just a brand name.
The description tells about Delta 8 not Delta 9 Thc, it also says it’s federally legal so I’d guess it’s non psychoactive

The farm bill that made growing hemp federally legal again seems to have made Delta 8 THC (and anything else from “hemp” plants with 0.3% or less Delta 9 THC) legal along with CBD. State law may still ban it though, so they probably won’t ship everywhere.
I’m guessing the people who wrote that law had been pushed to make CBD and some other cannabinoids legal and they just didn’t realize that there were other psychoactive cannabinoids.
I’ve only tried Delta 8 a few times, and not in high doses, but I’d say it is psychoactive. I think I usually had Delta 9 or 11 Hydroxy THC in my system at the same time so I couldn’t separate it even if I could remember it well enough. I’d have to try it again by itself and compare it to a Delta 9 cartridge to say much more, but I’m sure there are already reports from more experienced users out there.
