Dealing with your dealer

Obviously this doesn't count in coffeeshop/legal/dispensary areas

I had a ~11 year relationship with my previous dealer. He was a very cool dude. Always had top shelf product at $240/oz (didn't vary for the entire time). Friendly enough, wouldn't socialize and would charge extra for delivery ($10). Had to break with him as he was the connect from my ex. A pity.

Current dealer delivers, and doesn't charge other than time. Tends to show up with food (KFC, Taco Bell, burgers, Subway or pizza). 2 day delivery, rain or shine. Never earlier. Never later. Always offers a free product test, but still stays 2 hours if you don't buy. Downside is that all the person has is Sour Diesel....nothing else.

Back in the day, my only connections were my friends and if they were dry, we'd go track down one of their dudes. Now being in a medical state there is never any concern, but sometimes I kind of miss the chase... then I walk into a dispensary.

Meh, my 'dealer' has flip-flopped between a couple of people (usually someones cousin/bro in law).

What I would give to be in a friendly state with dispensaries. You can have that chase!

I hate the chase especially when it doesn't pan out!
Currently both connects are good old buddies which
takes the dreaded," you're busted " out of the equation.
I wish I could walk into a dispensary and legally purchase
some top shelf bud.
Both friends chill out and test the herbs, talk about whatever,
and generally allow me to enjoy the whole process.
By the way ,one is a vaporist ( with a volcano ) and the other just howls
at my LB and my aversion to combust. He sees it as some
stupid fad that I will soon drop. He has seen me go through
some weird shit over the years so who really knows.

ive yet to have to deal with a dealer, least not in the traditional sense. that said, tom it sounds like you have a real nice connect imho...i actually prefer to stick with one strain for a long while before trying something else, allows you to experiment knowing you have the same starter to see how various "other influences" affect the session.

the showing up with food...id tip heavy for that.

if i had dispensaries in my area im not sure id rush to it, i like knowing my farmer real well.

since the obama administration has decided to use stormtroopers in montana i have had to resort to the traditional dealer rather than a dispensary although i am a legal mmj user. i never deal with him direct but have a good friend make the deal.

My guy is a friend I used to work with. He goes to school at WVU so once every few weeks I drive a bit over an hour down to pick up. Most of the time I can get stuff around where I live but the stuff down there is soooo much better than the stuff up here. Its worth the drive. I stay and chat for a few minutes but that's about it.

Oh the things I would do to be in a MMJ state.....you have no idea the jealousy I have for you people. For the most part, any thread about dispensaries or shit like that I can't even read. It drives me insane. The best shit I can buy is awesome, but it never compares to the shit I see you guys posting...and im paying way more than you.

The guys I go to I've known for at least 5 years and some as long as 20. Usually we hang out, have a beer, shoot the shit and catch up. Its great, no stress and no shadiness to it.... Though I do wish doctors were less anti mj in Ontario and I could get a card and hit the dispensary for the variety of herb and finding the right strain for me.

My people used to make that run. Glad Im in philly now still not like it is any cheaper.
