Haven't actually sat the whole night to check it out ,
but according to the spec sheet of each GITD pigment I've made a graph
that shows the glow power in relation with time (minutes ) .



For the first ten minutes or so the stem glows really strong !
Manufacturer clai,s that the pigments glow for more than 12 hours.

SDS, are you thinking about to give the stems other shapes than the cigar like one?

With a metal lathe giving other shapes it is not that easy.
From the other hand wood turning lathes are ideal for that job ,
as one works free-handed on them.
Haven't thought of that yet ,to be honest.
Any suggestions ?

Yes,in fact ,it is more thin than the previous two RCCT stems.
I'm going to be offering two sizes diameter -wise .
The " Slim " ( 11.5 - 12 mm OD )
and the " cigR ",with the latter being the thicker ( 12.5 - 13 mm OD ) .

The stem is not finished yet ,neither the mp.
;)

The stem is almost finished .
It needs a second top coat to be applied.







The price of this stem was going to be 85 € ,according to the price list (click "ouch" on my sig ! )
But 3 or 4 speckles (most probably originating from the sand paper used ) are trapped inside
the resin .So this stem is going to be offered as a "factory B ".
A discount of 15 € is going to be done .
So, 70€ the price for this stem.

That stem is a stunner. The aqua blue color with turquoise-green anodyzing is a winning combo. And the rosey purple(?) pairs very well with the others. I also love the ethereal turquoise water color glow in-the-dark one. As well you know, I'm a sucker for turquoise & aqua blue. :luv:

I think these might be ones where you get numerous repeat requests.

SDS, you've got yourself a winner here with this resin & ti combo. So now your resume lengthens, Custom Stems: Resin, Anodyzed & Pattern Engraved & Any Combo. of the latter two. :tup:

The composite acts as a heat insulator.
Furthermore ,Titanium "holds" half the amount of heat versus stainless steel for the same volume.
The 62 mm Ti stem gets almost half as hot as the 62 mm SS stem of the M18 gets ,
with all the rest of variables being same.

I’m on a slight t-break, but am terribly missing my lovely custom SDS VapCap. One of the things I requested is a dynavap that just spins well in your hands... stardustsailor ran with it and I’ve been loving this beauty.

So well done mate!
