Totally agree with all of this. Also I try to not to vape too late into the night. I know many like to medicate right before bed but I try to stop at least 45 minutes beforehand and or 7-8 hours before I need to wake up the next day. It helps as I need to be switched on for work and I also love feeling fresh headed in the morning if possible. I only wake and vake on days off.Holy Resurrection, Batman! this was an old thread....
Water. water, water, water. Coconut water, and plain water.
Dehydration is the actual culprit, and whether you smoke, vape, or edible your way, processing the goodies uses up internal fluids. Replacement is necessary. If you are running dehydrated, you will have "morning after" issues.
