Crucible stuck in vaporizer

I just bought the herbalaire vaporizer and the drop In crucible is now stuck in the vape. Any Ideas how to get it out? Thanks

If you have to push an HA crucible into the heating chamber, it's not gonna come out easily. It's thin metal and probably out of round. In my experience the crucibles are perfectly sized and should drop in and lift out with ease.
