Some more on where we're at with rapid at home testing from the co-founder of a company working on the technology. Looks like it will likely be done via nasal swab, but not the deep ones. Currently at $3-$5 for the company to produce a test. Will need some government investment to ramp up manufacturing, get the price down, and aid in distrubution.
I forgot to post this last time - probably old news by now. Not much of a surprise that surgical style masks work well in doing what they were designed to do. Be mindful around people wearing bandanas or "neck fleeces".
