Could I soak wand in iso then extract?

I am wondering if instead of scraping my Buddha wand and hose can I just put the whole thing in a cup of 91% iso alcohol and let it soak? Then evaporate it and hand hash or hash oil?

I am not sure what the whip is made out of, but I think that should be perfectly fine. I do that with my vaping tools every so often to clean them.

Some one correct me if im wrong.
