@Herr_Damp to be fair if my model is the base, mine is cut like yours on the outside. I honestly like it both ways, but i'm a function guy so the aethsetics of it is less important to me. The model me and you are getting is in no way a sub-par joint. look at any other joint :)
Edit: pretty sure the vague answers are because it's not utility related- so hard to objectively quantify how much it changes strength when it seems to be a visual (or improve) based work.

That Instagram gallery is amazing. Bongs aside, he is just a dope artist and a skilled craftsman. Best i've ever seen.
Where is his actual store? Does he ship to Australia?

These guys don't have "stores". They are independent glass artists that sell directly to head shops and individual customers.

Now, I know you said you want something scientific and less heady. That's fine too, just remember that these glass artists like Cory here can blow clear glass just as easily as the colored stuff... and it's significantly cheaper too (versus colored/worked glass).

Are they suitable for vapes? I don't have much experience using a vape, so is it essentially just the same as smoking a bong except you inhale a lot slower?

also would this fit an Arizer Extreme Q? and what's it worth?

Just popping in to mention that I contacted Cory via KIK last weekend to inquire about one of his 18mm female custom recyclers (to join my 14mm DI Cory recycler), and he just messaged me that my piece should be ready tomorrow. If that's true, not a bad turnaround time at all for such a skilled artist blowing such reasonably priced recyclers!

I'm super excited. I have a limited budget and fairly limited space, so I know I will never have a huge collection. That said, I chose to get both my recyclers from Cory (despite a love of diversity) because after experiencing the first one, I just wasn't seeing much that came close, function-wise, within my price range when it came time to shop for a second. IMO, Cory could charge a lot more for his recyclers based on their function, the market, and his competition, and the fact that he doesn't means that you're literally getting a steal when you pick up one of his pieces. As long as his prices stay at this level, I don't know why anyone who wants a recycler with a nice vortex wouldn't contact Cory. I've seen $200+ pieces with much less impressive action.

I can't wait until I can come back to this thread and show off my new piece! Hopefully soon! :)

I truly feel that Cory is where Gordo was a year ago. Awesome quality but before the name got huge (and prices went up). Wasn't too long ago that $250 got you a clear Gordo Scientific recycler. Now you're lucky to find one under $400.

Shush! I have to get one of his incyclers so don't give him ideas ;)
In other news, the recyclers left LA on friday and should be with me this week if everything works out.

never apologize for questions :) fun fact, the Q adapters are male 18.8 standard male joints, so if you take a second elbow and put it on the there side of the tube (cut the tube short forconvience) it'll fit in any 18.8 water pipe :) (including cory's gooogerous recyclers).

Little bit confused by this.. Male? Female? and which part is the elbow.. And how do I have 2 of them on there at once.

So if you take the adapter that you put on the hose and fits over the bowl, you take a second one of that EXACT same adapter ( your q should have come with a spare) and put it in the other side of the hose. put that adapter into the bowl of the cycler, and hit it :)
